We bring more awareness, intention, and practice to your relationship systems, by applying a combination of innovative processes from the fields of Coaching, Positive Psychology, and International Development.
The overarching model that we use, is that of CRR Global’s Organisational and Relationship Systems Coaching, which is pioneering Relationship Systems Intelligence™ work.
“Relationship Systems Intelligence™ (RSI) includes and transcends Emotional Social Intelligence (ESI) pioneered by Daniel Goleman and others. RSI starts with an understanding of oneself, (Emotional Intelligence) moves on to include an understanding of other’s emotional experience (Social Intelligence) and culminates with the ability to identify with and collaborate with groups, teams, communities and other social systems (Relationship Systems Intelligence™).” CRR Global, 2011.
We complement this work with tools and techniques from Participatory Video as taught by Insight, The Coaches Training Institute’s (CTI) Co-active Coaching model, Positive Psychology and Participatory Learning and Action; and abide by the ethics of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Participatory Video is a process where groups work together to create, direct, film, edit, and share their films in their voice. The Participatory Video product is typically a series of short 2-3 minute films that are shared for horizontal and/or vertical learning.
